Robert Nasveld
After starting his career as an IT specialist, Robert transitioned to the Dutch military and became an operational F-16 pilot. The unique skillset and experience gained from flying multiple combat missions as well as holding several leadership and staff positions, serves him greatly as a risk & compliance manager in several fields.

In addition to having established himself as a safety expert in the Royal Netherlands Air Force, Robert has carried out multiple projects for commercial organizations in the field of sustainability, such as developing a roadmap for a large hospital to set up a ‘green team’.
His ambitious mindset and perseverance is illustrated by Robert’s current academic record. After completion of a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the Erasmus University and several professional courses at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, he is currently finishing a master’s degree in management, also at the Erasmus University.
He loves to share his passion for aviation with the next generation. In a desire to give back to the community, Robert volunteers as a treasurer and head of training for a gliding club. If the weather is not suitable for gliding, he walks his dog instead or spend quality time with his family.
