Prior to joining Skarp Law, Dingeman held leadership positions in the Dutch military and became an experienced safety investigator and risk analyst. His unmatched ability to connect with people and quickly assess the problem at hand, makes him a preeminent advisor in the world of risk & compliance management.

Dingeman’s dedication to tackle any challenge extends beyond his work for his clients. He is also a licensed airline pilot and now and then likes to take short trips all over the world. Additionally, he continues to serve as a reserve officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

Educated at the Royal Netherlands Military Academy and holding an aeronautics-degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Dingeman is committed to bringing risk management and people together at Skarp.

Dingeman does not only focus on business development, but also enjoys spending time with his family or working-out.
