Annieke started her career at Houthoff Amsterdam, where she gained experience in numerous corporate crime and fraud cases. Since 2017, she has broadened her horizon as an entrepreneur, while specializing in high-profile corporate criminal cases.

Her exceptional eye for detail, gives Annieke an edge when diving into legislation and regulation, all in support of offering the best possible defense to her clients. She is hands-on and enjoys keeping the broader picture, while chairing medium-sized and large-sized teams. Her nomination as ‘Upcoming Talent’ by Legal Women in 2015, was really a precursor for the unpaved career path she has enjoyed until this day, on which she offers the best counseling available.

When not straining herself intellectually, Annieke can be found running trails competitively. She is committed to serving her family with the best meals possible, but also enjoys sitting down in a stylish restaurant with family and friends.

Annieke is a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has been admitted as a criminal defense attorney to the Netherlands Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten(NoVA)). She meets all’ NoVa requirements, also those regarding permanent education.
